By accessing or using Outdated.Report ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Outdated.Report is an AI-powered report generation platform that allows users to:

  • Upload source data files (spreadsheets, documents, images, etc.)
  • Provide example report formats
  • Generate new reports using artificial intelligence
  • Save and reuse report patterns/templates
  • Export reports in various formats (HTML, PDF)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited report generation per month. Features and limits may change.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law
  • Refunds may be considered for technical issues on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Generate reports containing false, misleading, or defamatory information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Reports

Reports generated by the Service are yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by Outdated.Report. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reports. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated reports
  • AI outputs should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or financial decisions without professional review
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdated.Report and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload or generate

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with or without notice
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
  • You may request data export before termination
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outdated.Report
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer
